Getting Help

If you have any problems or issues about the functioning (or lack of) any of the applications (apps), see the help link near the right at the bottom of each page. You can also ask for help from our members on the forums or email me directly within Craftsu.

Getting Started

1) Upload a good quality photo of yourself for your profile page. If you don't choose to share an image of you, at least upload an image of your art or craftwork so shoppers will be more inclined to click your image and learn about you.

2) Fill in your profile and be sure to include a link to your website or storefront. If you have more than one website, use the other boxes to include text links.

3) Very important! Join the Artisans group (click the link "Private Groups" at top menu bar). The Artisans group receives coaching tips and site feature updates for enhancing usability and increasing your prominence on Craftsu and elsewhere online.

4) Use the Blog (click the link "Blog" on top menu bar) tool to post about your latest pieces. Add photos and links. The more you post, the more content you provide for search engines. Blog posts are archived so search engines can find posts from months ago and longer.

5) Post questions on the forum and if you can help someone, please do.

6) If you have videos, you can add them.

After you have joined the Artisan's group, you will begin receiving tips for getting the most out of your presence on Craftsu.
