I love running my own shop! For many years I worked under someone else for a company. I am so glad to be my own boss, and follow my passion to the core! When working for another company, I would gain a durable rapport with the customers. I was always the first one they would come to for conversation, or advice on a product. Not because I knew how to talk professionally to them, but i did my research and I used my knowledge and gave them the most honest answer I knew. I did not run them over with false details, I just told them like they should hear it even if that meant saying this product is not all that great, but i would recommend this one instead. We would also, talk about our day, and our families. I got to know them very well, and we had a very close relationship. They knew that they could trust me, that is why the would come to me! I am me, I am not a big company and I truly care about my customers and want them to be happy! I would love to develop a realationship with my own customers like I did when I was working for someone else. I try to provide fast and friendly service. If there are any problems, I would try my hardest to get it corrected! I have been through many training classes on customer service. I look forward to working with you!
